AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products and coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and customer-facing teams.

You will define release governance, optimize branching/versioning, manage risks, and drive deployment automation while overseeing multiple concurrent release streams in large-scale SaaS environments.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven release management in large-scale enterprise software.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud-native or enterprise products.
• Solid knowledge of Git workflows, branching and release versioning.
• Strong Agile and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products.
• Coordinate release planning, release candidates, production deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases.
• Define and improve release management processes, standards, and governance.
• Optimize branching, merging, and versioning strategies.
• Partner closely with Team Leads, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure release readiness.
• Manage release risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication.
• Drive improvements in deployment automation, CI/CD processes, and release reliability.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment runbooks, and rollback procedures.
• Monitor release metrics and continuously improve release quality, predictability, and efficiency.
• Serve as the accountable owner of the Frontline release management function.
