AMG Human Consulting in Madrid is seeking a senior technical professional to enhance reinsurance capabilities and develop complex risk solutions. The role involves evaluating complex risks, collaborating with industry partners, and providing technical guidance throughout the placement process.

A degree in Engineering or Sciences is required, along with fluency in English and Spanish. The position offers the chance to join an international team focused on enhancing technical excellence.

Formación

• Previous experience within reinsurance, insurance or specialty risk markets.
• Strong understanding of industrial, property, engineering or energy-related risks.
• Experience reviewing technical reports, risk assessments and loss prevention documentation.
• Ability to operate effectively within international and multicultural environments.
• Additional qualifications in Risk Management, Insurance or Reinsurance would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and evaluate complex risks within industrial and specialty business lines.
• Analyse policy structures, coverage frameworks and reinsurance arrangements.
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the placement process.
• Collaborate with insurers, reinsurers and specialist market participants.
• Support client-facing activities, including technical presentations and risk reviews.
• Contribute to the development of solutions within emerging and specialised sectors.
