We are looking for a German speaking experienced Senior recruitment professional to work in Barcelona, focusing on positions in Germany, and assist leading corporations identify and reach the right Talent.

Our expectations of you : Build relationships with potential candidates & clients

You will be involved in the full talent acquisition cycle for our clients, from identifying the right candidates, building a great relationship with them, to coaching them and preparing them to deliver to the high standards of our clients, ensuring great assessment and partnerships, so we can help them secure the right role.

To BE Talented with us, you need :

Have a Great personality and amazing communication skills

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience and a proven track record in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment services
• Some commercial experience to drive clients and engage them
• Native level in German and fluent in English, to work with international companies
• Motivated, dynamic and drivento work towards greater things, achieve great client satisfaction, and aim for perfection
• Strong interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence is desired
• Be a team player and always aim to lead by example
• Great communication skills, a logical approach and a strong attention to details
