The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, into the No. 1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.

We are looking for an experienced GameDev Recruiter who loves communication, numbers, and creativity and feels that recruitment is their vocation, to join our energetic Recruitment team at Scorewarrior! This particular role focuses on recruitment for a cross-functional team responsible for gameplay and monetization development. The team includes game designers, client and backend developers, QA engineers, UI / UX specialists, product analysts, and project managers.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience.
  • Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates.
  • Maintain ATS, Notion, and other candidate tracking systems with precision.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on the work and presenting reports to stakeholders.
  • Training hiring managers on best hiring practices.
  • Research and use compensation data to align offers with market expectations.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in gamedev.
  • Fluent or Advanced English proficiency, ability to communicate with the team on a daily basis.
  • Passion for games.
  • LinkedIn / GitHub / Stackoverflow / FB / Habr, and other professional sources, and social networks.
