Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of Sotogrande and its prime residential zones to identify, value, and list premium properties.
• Keep our CRM and personal database consistently updated and aligned with sales and commercial goals.
• Leverage expertise in the real estate sector to support successful transactions and client management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally with a deep understanding of Sotogrande’s market and its most prestigious communities.
• Solid grasp of real estate operations, legal frameworks, and financial processes.
• High level of fluency in English and Spanish.
• Professional, polished, and confident with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional standards of customer service, ideally with experience handling discerning local and international clients.
• Full-time, permanent position.
