Job summary

LuxQuanta is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge customer needs with technical execution across Europe and beyond. You will drive presales, design complex telecom solutions, and close B2B deals while coordinating R&D, Product, and Operations.

The role requires 7–10+ years in telecom pre-sales or related fields, deep fiber optics expertise (DWDM/OTN), and fluency in English and Spanish, with remote work within Spain for those outside Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 7–10+ years of Telecom Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales, solution design, and B2B deal closures.
• Deliver high-level technical presentations, demos, and site visits.
• Coordinate presales workflows with R&D, Product, and Operations teams.
• Architect enterprise/carrier fiber optics solutions (DWDM, OTN, wholesale models).
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, and feasibility studies, and support cross-functional teams.
