Job summary

Ardora III-V is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across development, manufacturing, supplier management and customer engagement in a semiconductor environment. You will investigate failures, drive CAPA, and ensure product quality meets customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering roles within semiconductor manufacturing or related high‑tech environments.
• Strong understanding of quality control/assurance concepts for semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Practical experience with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, CAPA, MSA, SPC).
• Experience managing non‑conformances, process excursions, change control and corrective actions.
• Experience working with external service providers, suppliers and customers.
• Ability to translate data into actionable quality improvements.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Commitment to developing junior staff and fostering knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering activities across development, manufacturing, supplier management and customer engagement.
• Investigate failures and implement corrective quality mechanisms to meet customer requirements.
• Define and manage quality requirements for service partners, suppliers and external manufacturers.
• Support supplier, customer, internal and accreditation audits.
• Mentor and train engineers and technicians on quality control practices.
• Communicate technical findings in English to stakeholders at all levels.
