Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join the MONOPOLY GO! team in Barcelona or Seville on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in office). You will build automation, test infrastructure, and quality insights for mobile, Unity, APIs, and CI/CD while supporting a live-service game.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, automation prioritization, and AI-assisted quality workflows to improve engineering effectiveness and release confidence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of automation used by engineers.
• Strong programming in C# or Python with Unity experience.
• Experience testing and automating Android and iOS apps.
• Ability to design reliable automated tests, diagnostics, and CI/CD integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable automation frameworks, tools, and test infrastructure.
• Improve test hooks, service interfaces, and diagnostic capabilities.
• Perform manual, exploratory, and release testing where needed.
• Automate Android, iOS, and Unity workflows across platforms.
• Validate API and integration tests, client-server interactions, and data integrity.
• Investigate failures using logs, metrics, and telemetry for regression coverage.
• Profile performance and establish baselines; work on load/stress tests.
• Contribute to QE standards, patterns, and mentoring within the team.
