Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Senior Technical Artist to join the Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. The role bridges art and technology, focusing on asset integration, tools development, and pipeline enhancements for Unity3D workflows.

The ideal candidate will lead a small Tech Artist team, develop C# tooling, and optimize assets and performance while collaborating with developers and artists across the studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own asset integration pipeline in Unity3D.
• Build and improve tools for artists and pipeline automation.
• Lead a small team of Technical Artists.
• Create C# tools to enhance asset integration.
• Coordinate between art and tech for smooth workflows.
• Implement UI and 2D assets in Unity Canvas.
• Import and manage 3D assets and animations in Unity.
• Write shaders using HLSL or Shader Graph.
• Profile and optimize graphical, memory, and CPU KPIs.
• Maintain and integrate assets in versioned repositories.
• Develop content with Unity toolset: materials, animation controllers, particle systems, timelines, lights, plugins.
