Adient seeks a Quality Analyst interface between customer JIT and the Trim production plant to drive on-site problem analyses and feedback aimed at improving processes. You will verify improvement actions at JIT sites and coordinate sorting activities, supporting local Trim engineers with technical guidance.

You will help establish boundary rules between OEM, JIT, and Trim teams and monitor KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction, including inspector training and Gauge R&R evaluation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification in a technical field.
• Proven quality management experience in automotive industry.
• Experience in customer quality management and direct communication with OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
• Strong analytical and structured root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of automotive quality tools/methodologies (VDA 6.3, 8D, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, Ishikawa, 5 Why).
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Interface between customer JIT and Trim production plant.
• On-site JIT problem analyses and feedback to Trim plant.
• Verification of improvement actions at JIT plants.
• Coordination of sorting activities at JIT plants.
• Support for local Trim resident engineers with technical knowledge.
• Boundary book setup between OEM, JIT, and Trim plant.
• Monitor KPIs: customer satisfaction JIT, IRPPM, ICPPM, Firewall headcount JIT, firewall audits at JIT with action follow-up.
• Inspector Gauge R&R evaluation and inspector training.
