A tech company in Andalucía is seeking a QA professional to analyze and ensure the functionality of high-performance trading applications. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in testing, with experience in Agile environments and technologies like Python and SQL. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, providing feedback during development, and performing release testing to deliver bug-free solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Testing with QA methodologies.
• 2+ years in ION relevant testing activities.
• Ability to create and maintain test scenarios aligning with updates.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements for end-to-end testing and execute.
• Provide feedback on usability and function during development.
• Perform Release testing to ensure bug-free solutions.

Conocimientos

Ability to analyze and understand logs

Agile frameworks (Scrum)

Experience with Electronic Market platforms

3+ years of Testing experience

2+ years of experience in ION

Experience with CI workflows

Programming in Python

SQL competency

The ION QA team works with the development teams to test high performance exchange connections and complex trading functionality.

Analyse requirements for end to end testing, create test design document and execute ensure functionality.

Remain involved throughout the analysis and development process to provide early feedback on usability and functionality of the feature being developed.

Perform Release testing within defined timelines to deliver bug free solution.

Job Responsibilities / Role

Technical Skills Required

• Ability to analyze and understand logs.
• Agile frameworks (Scrum). JIRA
• Experience working in Electronic Market platforms, FI Markets.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Testing
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in ION.
• Creation / Maintenance of the test scenarios and their alignment to the latest software release
• Monitor and troubleshoot test scenario execution
• Report and document test evidences and anomalies
• Experience with CI workflows, source code and management systems tools (Jenkins, ArtiFactory, BitBucket)
• ALM
• Experience on some of these Technologies : Gherkin, Cucumber
• Programming : Python, Java
• Competent in SQL. Familiarity with databases and managing different data formats : XML, JSON.
