Verisure in Alicante, Spain seeks a Senior Quality Assurance professional to join the Technology HUB. The role focuses on turning data into actionable quality insights and owning application quality. Hybrid work pattern in Alicante, with 3 days in the office.

The ideal candidate will build Power BI dashboards, analyze metrics, and collaborate with QA teams to drive improvements, enabling better quality and efficiency across projects.

Formación

• 5–8 years of provable IT experience.
• High level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Node.js for ETL data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and metric visualization.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience in QA and software quality metrics.
• Intermediate knowledge of AI applied to metric construction and decision making.
• Intermediate Spanish (conversational level).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze quality metrics (defects, coverage, flakiness, MTTR, pipelines) and detect patterns.
• Create dashboards in Power BI with practical insights for IT and quality.
• Build storytelling based on metrics to show impact of quality and efficiency.
• Translate findings into recommendations and concrete actions to improve quality processes.
• Collaborate with QA, seniors, and service management to contextualize results.
• Identify new metrics based on findings and efficiency needs.
• Support ROIs for quality initiatives.
