Alcazar Energy Partners seeks a QHS& S Manager to lead Quality, Health & Safety and Security governance across its renewable energy portfolio, including wind, solar, and BESS projects. You will oversee H&S across all project phases, drive ISO-based systems, and coordinate with lenders on compliance and ESG commitments.

The role requires extensive experience in QHSS management, contractor oversight, and international project delivery, with exposure to EPC/BOP environments and cross-country

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, OH&S, or related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Experience with renewable energy, EPC projects, or infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Owner's lead representative for QHSS governance across project phases.
• Develop, implement, and improve corporate QHSS policies and systems.
• Establish a consistent QHS assurance framework across the portfolio.
• Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support Head of ESG in implementing QHSS objectives and targets.
• Ensure integration of QHSS requirements into project governance.
• Provide independent assessments of QHSS performance.
• Coordinate QHSS training and awareness programmes.
