Transperfect is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large web platform. This critical role will introduce structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process and serve as the quality gate before production.

You will define QA processes, perform manual testing across multiple websites and apps, own regression testing for releases and migrations, and mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA experience focused on web platforms.
• Strong background in manual testing and QA best practices.
• Experience building QA processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement QA processes and standards.
• Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications.
• Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features.
• Act as the quality gate before production releases.
• Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices.
