Social You is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to drive quality Assurance across the software lifecycle within a growing multinational. You will lead manual testing, defect management, and collaborate with release managers, product owners, and analysts to define testing scope and standards.

You will build and maintain a test repository, verify integration with company systems, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. This role offers hybrid work in Barcelona.

Formación

• 2–3 years of software quality assurance experience.
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect management tools.
• Experience with online gaming systems is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong planning/organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
• Multitasking and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Drive QA measures and testing standards across the company.
• Review software requirements for clarity and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define testing scope.
• Create and execute manual tests to validate functionality.
• Raise defects to development teams and manage their priority/severity.
• Retest defects after fixes and maintain a test repository.
• Test new software for functional, system, and technical compliance.
• Communicate test progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies and meet deadlines.
