Manychat is seeking a Senior Python Engineer for Brands in Barcelona. You will own backend systems, design scalable services with FastAPI, and directly influence product decisions. You’ll collaborate with product and partners to ensure the code delivers real metrics and growth.

You’ll work on building a new product from scratch, with room to lead your own scope, while operating production infrastructure that serves millions of users. This role blends architecture, design, and impact at scale.

Formación

• 8+ years building backend systems in Python.
• Deep FastAPI experience or similar modern framework.
• Experience designing systems and defending trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Build Manychat for Brands from the ground up, from architecture to infra.
• Ship to design partners in early weeks and fix issues directly with users.
• Own scaling, observability, and migration from fragile infra to robust solutions.
• Shape patterns and approach with PMs and leadership as product evolves.
• Operate production infrastructure serving millions of users with real scale.
