What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend web services and APIs using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams — product, frontend, DevOps — to deliver high‑quality features.
• Occasionally contribute to the frontend stack (React, Angular, or similar) in a full‑stack environment.
• Build and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in Linux‑based environments.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and modern design patterns.
• Help evolve the company’s microservices and cloud‑native architecture, improving performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and technical discussions, helping to elevate engineering standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in professional web development.
• Strong expertise in Python 3+, with a solid grasp of async programming, concurrency, and decorators.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international, English‑speaking environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or other message brokers.
• Background in micro frontends, web components, or modular frontend architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Previous experience in SaaS, data‑driven products, or high‑scale web platforms.
