Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the PV energy industry, including design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced to Intermediate English (B2-C1) and Native Spanish (C1-C2) proficiency.
• Experience in leading engineering design reviews is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering design reviews and structural assessments for PV systems.
• Perform detailed site audits to inform design decisions.
• Coach junior engineers and support installation teams.
