Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring a Procurement Manager for Iberia to lead project procurement activities, developing sourcing strategies with internal teams and suppliers. You will drive competitive, compliant procurement solutions and engage early in the project lifecycle to support margins and cash generation.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Tendering, PM, Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain, while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across Iberia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in Project Procurement, Sourcing or Category Management.
• Experience managing complex supply chains and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with growth and project objectives.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracts, and purchase commitments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management across Iberia.
• Collaborate with Sales, Tendering, PM and Delivery teams to support cost optimisation.
