Nextpower in Madrid is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex energy projects across Europe, from award to final delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams—Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Services, and Software—and manage client relationships with EPCs and contractors, driving margins and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, solar, or EPC environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and construction processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from handover to final closure.
• Manage P&L, margins, invoicing, and cash collection.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to contractual requirements.
• Drive risk assessment, mitigation, and recovery actions.
• Maintain HSE standards and ensure high-quality project execution.
