Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager for Nuclear Decommissioning & Waste Management Projects in Europe. You will lead mid-sized projects, ensure safety, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate international teams across Europe. Hybrid work model with up to 50% travel.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and PMP or equivalent, 5+ years of PM experience in regulated sectors, and fluency in English; Spanish/Slovak are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project management certification
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear decommissioning, radioactive waste management, energy, infrastructure, or other regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing mid-sized engineering or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish or Slovak language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of nuclear decommissioning and radioactive waste management projects from planning through execution and close-out.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate diverse engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality management systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and change control processes.
• Present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Support contract management, procurement activities, and commercial negotiations.
• Foster communication with partners across multiple European countries.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure adherence to HSSEQ requirements.
