Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects in Barcelona. The role focuses on strategic management, cost control, and coordinating a multidisciplinary team across consultants, designers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate brings a degree in a technical field and at least seven years of PM experience within complex environments, fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, and a track record of delivering high-profile projects.

Formación

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
7+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
Understanding of full project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international context.

Responsabilidades

Strategic Management: define development strategy, procurement plan, and project procedures (PEP).
Financial Control and Planning: monitor cost plan progress, master schedule, and risk register for forecasts.
Leadership and Communication: be primary client liaison and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors.
Quality and Compliance: manage inspections, snag lists, and real-time workflows per Quality Management System.
Reporting: prepare monthly status reports for client and Operations Management.
