Job summary

Global Riser Pty seeks a Project Manager to oversee projects from quotation to close-out, coordinating scope, costing, resources, logistics and documentation. The role works with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Logistics to ensure safe, on-budget delivery and timely close-out.

The position requires strong English and Spanish communication, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and a background in naval, mechanical or industrial engineering. Experience with port operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of English and Spanish, both written and oral.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Excellent written communicator (email; WhatsApp; Wunderlist).
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quote phase activities including RFQ handling, scope gathering, and cost estimation.
• Coordinate project phase tasks: PO review, third-party coordination, and resource scheduling.
• Develop equipment packing lists, CIPL drafts, and project documentation.
• Direct project team and technicians using OPTIMUM Program; assign tasks.
• Monitor progress, costs and deliverables; report daily and manage non-conformances with Quality.
• Close out with customer: completion notes, time sheets and customer satisfaction.
