Job summary

Engineering Oil & Gas Company is seeking an Offshore Construction Manager to lead construction activities on offshore vessels for the Offshore Fleet project. You will coordinate vessel departments, liaise with the Master, and ensure deadlines, productivity and cost targets are met while upholding QHSE standards.

You will supervise safety processes, Permit-to-Work, Toolbox Talks and JSA, manage subcontractors, and drive risk reduction through early planning and clear on-board communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience on offshore construction/heavy lift vessels.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective overall management for construction activities on board assigned vessel.
• Coordinate vessel departments and liaise with the Master for marine operations.
• Drive project execution to meet deadlines, optimize productivity, and control costs.
• Ensure construction activities follow Saipem HSE policies and procedures.
• Lead Tool Box Talks and JSA as required and enforce Permit-to-Work system.
• Plan and optimize manpower, equipment, and materials with early planning approach.
• Manage subcontractors and interface with vessel organization.
• Represent Project Manager to Client on board and discuss changes and contractual implications.
• Promote clear communication among all stakeholders and foster resource development.
