Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; able to generate basic reports.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior Project Managers and Engineers to learn processes.
• Manage project inputs: quotes, procurement, logistics, scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and third parties to deliver projects on time.
• Prepare drafts of project quotes and assist in cost analysis.
• Maintain project documentation and closeout records.
• Provide daily progress updates and support customer communication.
