Mace is seeking a Project Manager in Madrid to oversee major construction projects and ensure compliance with Spanish regulations. You’ll represent client interests, lead project teams, and manage costs, schedules, and risk. If you possess strong leadership skills, are fluent in Spanish and English, and have extensive project management experience, we want to hear from you.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
• Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
• Own risk register and change control processes.
• Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.
• Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction.

You’ll Need To Have

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
