OpenText in Madrid is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Professional Services engagements, guiding digital transformation initiatives from presales through delivery.

You will own governance, financial performance, and client relationships, working with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure value realization while mentoring project teams.

Formación

• Proven ability to manage complex and multi-project delivery environments.
• Track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to balance project delivery with commercial objectives.
• Experience applying Agile, Scaled Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Track record of managing project risks, governance, and delivery performance; strong communication, servant leadership, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to shape proposals, Statements of Work, and delivery plans.
• Very good English language Skills, both written and spoken; German or French language skills would be beneficial.

YOUR IMPACT

You will lead the delivery of OpenText Professional Services engagements, helping clients plan, govern, and execute digital transformation initiatives across the full project lifecycle. You will own project governance, financial performance, client relationships, and delivery outcomes while partnering closely with clients, partners, sales, presales, and cross-functional OpenText teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring clients realize value from OpenText solutions while driving successful project and commercial outcomes.

What The Role Offers

• Lead projects from presales shaping through delivery and governance.
• Manage complex engagements, portfolios, and large client programs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive project financial performance, forecasting, and delivery margins.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout engagements.
• Support proposal development, Statements of Work, and opportunity qualification.
• Mentor project teams and encourage continuous capability growth.
