• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification (FH, HF, or similar)
• 7+ years of experience leading complex projects
• Experience in financial services sector, data-driven businesses, or related industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and international cross-functional teams, fluent in English (written and spoken)

What You Bring

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification (FH, HF, or similar), with 7+ years of experience leading complex projects.
• proven experience in the financial services sector, data-driven businesses, or related industries, combined with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions.
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
• strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and work effectively under pressure.
• experience working with Agile methodologies and international cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT functions while communicating fluently in English (written and spoken).
