Required qualifications

• 510 years of end-to-end project / program management in complex multi-team (business tech) environments with a clear delivery track record on scope, timeline and budget.
• Proven budget management experience (planning ownership, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis and financial controls).
• Proven experience preparing and presenting concise updates to senior management / SteerCos and C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent soft skills: clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution and influence without authority.
• Demonstrated risk/issue and dependency management and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English.

Qualifications : Nice to have

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum (PSM / PSPO), SAFe or similar.
• Prior experience in finance PMO / project delivery roles.

Tools & reporting

• Jira: project configuration, workflows, permissions, dashboards, advanced filters (JQL); Advanced Roadmaps a plus.
• Power BI: report building, data modeling (Power Query / DAX), publishing to workspaces, row-level security and exec-level KPI dashboards.
• Excel / PowerPoint for executive packs; MS.
• Project / Smartsheet (optional).
