Avenga is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives. You will coordinate with AI engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will establish governance, milestones, reporting, and decision forums while managing scope, budget, and dependencies. Strong leadership and communication are essential to align stakeholders and realize value.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and portfolio tools.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are an advantage.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. As a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, you will drive effective governance, risk management, and value realization while coordinating collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams. This is you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management tools
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage
• Experience managing digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
• Exposure to AI, cloud, and modern software engineering environments is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking and strong financial management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
• Corporate/enterprise environment experience is highly valued

This is your role

• You will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives, working closely with AI Engineers and cross-functional technical teams
• Lead project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Establish project governance, milestones, reporting structures, and decision-making forums
• Manage scope, budget, resources, timelines, and dependencies
• Facilitate executive steering committees and status reviews
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, aligning project objectives with organizational goals
• Drive communication plans and change management activities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage escalations and remove delivery blockers
• Establish KPIs and success metrics, monitor delivery health, and deliver regular executive reporting and portfolio updates
• Act as the central coordinator across business, product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams
