Position : Senior Project Manager

Project : Major Data Centre Project

Location : Zaragoza, Spain (1–2 days on site per week)

Salary : £75,000–£100,000 + package

We are supporting a leading global consultancy in the delivery of a major data centre project for a top-tier software company. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile programme in a rapidly growing industry.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project. This is a delivery-focused role, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and in compliance with governance and contractual standards. Candidates should be locally based or willing to travel to Zaragoza, Sunday–Tuesday, on-site Monday–Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts administration across multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with programme governance and contractual obligations.
• Support project delivery teams in risk management, change control, and claims administration.
• Monitor budgets, financial commitments, and commercial performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, commercial teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.

Experience & Skills Required

• 5-10 years of contract administration / commercial management experience, ideally within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of contractual processes, risk management, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
