Ayvens Group in Madrid is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own the product vision, strategy and value creation for key digital products. You will collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Director during visioning and concept development, and align the roadmap with business goals.

You will partner with business analysts to maximize product value, drive data-driven decisions, and advocate for the product across the organisation.

Formación

• 5 years of successful business leadership experience in a similar digital product management or product strategy role.
• Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also managing multiple projects independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Intercultural competence and experience working in multiple countries or multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy, definition and value creation for your product(s). Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Director during visioning and development.
• Owns the product roadmap and ensures it fits business goals and aligns with the overall product roadmap.
• Track the success of initiatives and develop methods to improve efficiency.
• Quantify investments and ensure they deliver the expected value.
• Drive decisions based on data and validate assumptions to de-risk decisions.
• Research business, regulatory and technical topics to support requirements and solution design.
• Act as ambassador for the product internally and externally.
