haddock is seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to build the first dedicated team and own the escalation pathway. You will lead two engineers and a rotating product engineer, delivering hands-on software work for reliability improvements.

We rely on AI-enabled tooling to triage, diagnose and fix issues, while reducing inflow and accelerating resolution. This role directly impacts restaurants in Barcelona by improving data reliability and operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of engineering experience in SaaS startups or scale-ups.
• You’ve owned a bug backlog or escalation queue before.
• You debug code you didn’t write and think in systems and processes.
• You’ve mentored or led at least 2 engineers.
• AI-native approach; daily use of AI in productive work.
• Fluent in Spanish; comfortable with English for docs and projects.

Responsabilidades

• The technical escalation layer: triage, reproduction, diagnosis and resolution for CX escalations.
• Killing root causes: move from ticket-level work to preventing classes of tickets.
• Build internal tooling for data correctness and bulk fixes without hand-written SQL.
• Own metrics and weekly reports on bugs origin and squad contributions.
• Lead two engineers plus a rotating product engineer and onboard them.
