Job summary

Omada Identity is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Governance to own the product end-to-end, from backlog to business outcomes, reporting to the Director of Product Management. You will drive alignment with Engineering and partner teams to shape the roadmap and deliver measurable impact.

You will collaborate across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ground strategy in real outcomes, track adoption and pipeline metrics, and lead AI-assisted development in a secure,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS product.
• Backlog ownership, roadmap accountability, and close collaboration with engineering.
• Security, risk, or IAM product experience or strong domain knowledge.
• Ability to define and track product metrics such as adoption, retention, expansion, or NPS.

Responsibilities

• Translate Omada's Agent Governance strategy into a sequenced delivery plan, from early access to production-ready to long-term roadmap.
• Own the product backlog: refine, prioritize, and keep it ready for the team.
• Define and track the metrics that matter: adoption, customer health, retention, expansion, and pipeline contribution.
• Work with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and the wider Product organization to learn how customers use the product and ground the product story in real outcomes.
• Actively participate in the scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, and reviews).
