Job summary

IKEA invites a Senior Product Owner for Marketing Workflow Management to Madrid. You will modernise how campaigns are planned, briefed and delivered across markets, partnering with marketing ops, creative partners and engineering to improve planning, approvals and delivery.

You will lead with product vision, guide Adobe Workfront and connected tools, and shape a roadmap that reduces friction and speeds time‑to‑market while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive product management experience, including guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of campaign lifecycles, creative briefing, intake, review and approval.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, vision and roadmap for Marketing Workflow Management and Campaign Briefing.
• Lead discovery and solve co‑worker friction using research and data.
• Steer Adobe Workfront: prioritise workflow, briefing, approval and reporting improvements.
• Lead product capability: coach Product Owners and colleagues.
• Set measurable outcomes with OKRs and KPIs mentioned in the scope.
• Align stakeholders and lead change across markets and functions.
• Explore AI opportunities such as brief enrichment and intelligent routing.
• Manage dependencies across MarTech initiatives and share learnings.
