Job summary

Amadeus in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Manager for PMS connectivity to evolve our connectivity network by driving integrations with PMS, RMS, and other 3rd party systems.

You will define the product strategy and vision, manage 3rd party partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams across Product Marketing, Operations, and R&D to deliver value-driven releases that meet customer needs and market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in travel industry, hospitality distribution, system connectivity, and product development.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel distribution, CRS/PMS connectivity (CRS, GDS, OTA, PMS, RMS, payments, content distribution).
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML schemas; HTNG usage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Articulate value propositions and messages into new product concepts or upgrades.
• Define product strategy, vision and business value with stakeholders.
• Analyze competitors and position the product strategically with PMM.
• Manage 3rd party partnerships: requirements, prioritization and evolution.
• Inspire Amadeus teams with product vision and mutual understanding of business.
• Drive co-innovation with customers to validate value drivers and features.
• Define and manage the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate streams with R&D for end-to-end solution consistency.
• Manage the budget and capacity planning for the area.
• Participate in Agile events when applicable and ensure readiness of releases.
