Socialpoint, a world-renowned mobile game studio, is seeking a Senior Performance Manager in Barcelona to lead Liveops and monetization strategies. You will design and execute campaigns, analyze results, and drive data-driven decisions across live titles.

Hybrid work is available with in-office presence in Barcelona; the role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize game performance and revenue.

Formación

• Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence.
• Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to monitor, analyze key performance metrics (ARPU, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive metrics-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Create the Live-ops vision and develop/execute daily/weekly promotional plans including campaign design and communication channels.
• Oversee operational launch of campaigns, QA at launch, monitor results and react accordingly.
• Coordinate with the features team to ensure Live-ops needs are communicated and planned as new features are developed.

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game. ResponsibilitiesCreate the Live-ops vision, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.

Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadenceAnalyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the gameFrame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions, going from idea to live experimentsStrong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to monitor, analyze key performance metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive metrics-driven decision makingDevelop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team.
