Fever is seeking a Senior Creative Solutions Project Manager in Barcelona to lead cross‑functional initiatives from ideation to delivery. You will partner with engineering, design, user research, marketing and sales to define ambitious roadmaps and measurable outcomes that delight customers and drive Fever’s growth.

You will own the squad’s vision, manage priorities, run sprint planning and retrospectives, and articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management.
• Work proficiency in English.
• Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle.
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams, providing feedback.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; deriving conclusions from data.

Responsabilidades

• Understand our business, customers, market and data to delight customers and achieve Fever’s goals.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and more.
• Break down broad opportunities into concrete, measurable actions to achieve objectives.
• Analyze product performance, hypothesize, test and improve product metrics.
• Develop product features from ideation to release: data gathering, hypothesizing, experiments, goals, requirements, release and tracking.
• Lead a product squad, manage its roadmap and prioritization, run sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives.
• Build a vision and strategy for the product.
• Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
