Senior Product Manager – Customer Data Platform (Europe)
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of a cutting‑edge customer data platform. In this role, you will define product strategy, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong communication and analytical skills, enabling cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
Accountabilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for assigned areas, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams
- Conduct customer interviews, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for products
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and documentation teams to ensure successful delivery and launch of products
- Present product updates and strategic insights to stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments
- Technical background or the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Experience with data products, APIs, developer tools, or customer data platforms preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving user problems
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, remote‑first environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, modern analytics stacks, SQL, and knowledge of privacy regulations and data governance
