We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead dLocal’s Card Payments Optimization strategy. Your mission: maximize approval rates and overall performance of our card payment flows by launching new features, leveraging network capabilities, and delivering innovative solutions that help our merchants convert more transactions.
This role is at the intersection of product innovation, data‑driven optimization, and deep card payments expertise. You’ll work with card networks, acquirers, and merchants to identify high‑impact improvements — from implementing network tokenization to optimizing retry logic — and bring them to market at scale.
