Jobrapido seeks a product leader to own the Lesson Insights product end to end, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and execution for a flagship AI-powered learning experience used by learners and tutors across web and mobile.

You will prioritize actionable feedback for learners, drive engagement and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale insights across languages. The role focuses on building a data-driven, user-centric product at global scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Lesson Insights product end to end (strategy, roadmap, execution, results)
• Prioritize feedback to learners to drive real improvement
• Shape per-lesson insights and how they ladder up into progress over time
• Design insights to strengthen the learner-tutor relationship for both users
• Scale Insights across languages to reach more learners
• Increase feature engagement and retention through useful, engaging design
• Conduct own data analyses on learner engagement, repeat usage, and friction points
• Substantial experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products with frequent, habitual use
• Shipped products built on GenAI/LLMs or NLP at scale, with understanding of trade-offs (evals, hallucinations, latency, cost)
• Genuine learner and tutor empathy in xqziphu prioritization and design
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to form conclusions from analyses
• Empathy for learners and tutors
• Clear communication of complex, ambiguous work to leadership
• Bias for action and willingness to ship MVPs
• Data analysis and interpretation
• A/B testing and experimentation design

In this role you will own the Lesson Insights product end to end, shaping strategy, roadmap, and execution for a flagship AI-powered experience used by learners and tutors across web and mobile. You will prioritize actionable feedback, tie insights to learner progress, and collaborate with the Progress squad to scale across languages. You’ll design for both sides of the marketplace, drive user engagement, and analyze data to continuously improve the experience. This role places you at the heart of transforming education at global scale, with a focus on impact and cross-functional collaboration.
