IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for early-stage, AI-native initiatives focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution across AI, engineering, and clinical teams.

You will move concepts to value in ambiguity-rich, fast-moving environments, defining roadmaps, prioritizing use cases, and driving adoption with cross-functional partners.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent-based systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of early‑stage, AI‑native initiatives focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. These initiatives range from rapid prototypes to scaled solutions and require strong product judgment to evaluate, prioritize, and mature. This is a hands‑on product leadership role that blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution. You will work closely with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to move quickly from concept to value-operating comfortably in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.

Qualifications

Must‑Haves

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast‑paced environment
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information
• Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent‑based systems)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in clinical development, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Hands‑on exposure to Generative or Agentic AI (professional or personal projects)
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain‑based patterns, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Experience with cloud‑native AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
