Adikteev, a global AdTech company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance the programmatic supply accessed by its DSP. You will translate insights from partners and data into a clear roadmap, setting priorities and measurable improvements for clients and internal teams.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Commercial stakeholders, influence product strategy, and drive execution across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Barcelona with a hybrid model.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably with data-driven products or advertising platforms.
• Experience with adtech concepts like marketplaces, DSPs, SSPs, RTB.
• Ability to translate data and market signals into priorities.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for your scope.
• Analyze performance data, auction dynamics, platform behavior and partner feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate complex business and technical problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering through discovery, design, development and delivery.
• Partner with Data to define analyses, dashboards and metrics for evaluating supply quality and economics.
• Work with Sales and Operations to translate customer needs into business outcomes.
• Build relationships with SSP partners and use market insights to inform priorities.
• Create product docs and training resources to support adoption.
• Communicate decisions and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
