Job summary

Adikteev, a global AdTech company with teams in Barcelona and Paris, seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the platform roadmap for programmatic supply and SSP partnerships. You will translate insights from partners, data and internal teams into prioritized product plans and measurable improvements for Adikteev and its clients.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales and Operations to define strategies, analyze performance, and deliver clear requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with data-driven products, marketplaces, advertising platforms or other complex technical systems.
• Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, mobile advertising, CTV or a related field.
• A strong understanding of supply ecosystems, auction mechanics, inventory quality or platform optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and market signals into product priorities.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Data and commercial stakeholders.

Senior Product Manager

WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF

You will join the Product team, a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers and Analysts led by Loïc, our CPO, with team members based in Paris and Barcelona.

In short, the Product team is responsible for shaping and evolving our platform, working hand-in-hand with engineering, operational and sales teams, to translate business needs into product improvements and build a deep understanding of how the platform drives performance for Adikteev's clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help improve the quality and efficiency of the programmatic supply accessed by our DSP.

Relationships with ad inventory suppliers (SSP) are an important part of the role, but this is fundamentally a product management position. You will translate insights from partners, data and internal teams into product strategy, clear priorities and measurable improvements for Adikteev and its customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for your scope

Analyze performance data, auction dynamics, platform behavior and partner feedback to identify optimization opportunities.

Translate complex business and technical problems into clear product requirements, specifications and measurable outcomes.

Work closely with Engineering throughout discovery, design, development and delivery.

Partner with Data teams to define the right analyses, dashboards and metrics for evaluating supply quality, efficiency and economics.

Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to understand customer needs and connect product decisions to business outcomes.

Build strong working relationships with SSP partners and use market insights to inform product priorities.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a great fit for the Product Management team at Adikteev if you have:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with data-driven products, marketplaces, advertising platforms or other complex technical systems.

Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, mobile advertising, CTV or a related field.

A strong understanding of supply ecosystems, auction mechanics, inventory quality or platform optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and market signals into product priorities.

Experience working closely with Engineering, Data and commercial stakeholders.

The ability to define a product vision, manage a roadmap and drive execution across multiple teams.

Excellent communication skills and confidence working with external partners and senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with data analysis tools, dashboards, databases, logs or experimentation frameworks.

COMPENSATION

Competitive Salary between 75,000 and 90,000€ OTE

We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate’s background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
