Job summary

Xebia is seeking a Scientific Product Manager to lead GenAI products across scientific domains. You will define the product vision, create roadmaps, and translate complex scientific needs into clear requirements for engineering and design.

This role emphasizes collaboration with data science, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value. You will drive adoption, gather user feedback, and iterate on product launches, with a focus on pharma, biotech, or digital health contexts.

Qualifications

• BS/MS (PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, biology, or related field.
• 5+ years’ relevant product management experience in software.
• Ability to turn ambiguous scientific challenges into structured product plans.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or digital health preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to business and scientific goals.
• Identify, prioritize, and standardize high-value scientific use cases across workflows.
• Translate complex scientific needs into clear product requirements for engineering and design.
• Lead cross-functional execution (engineering, data science, design, scientific stakeholders) in an Agile environment.
• Drive launch readiness, adoption, continuous improvement based on user feedback and outcomes.
