Job summary

Green Eagle Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy and evolution of ARSOS, our real-time B2B SaaS platform for renewable energy operators. You will own end-to-end discovery, delivery, launch, and measurement, partnering with Engineering and customers to translate insights into tangible value.

We value experience with AI-powered products and complex SaaS, plus knowledge of energy management or industrial software.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience in B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership across discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch, and measurement.
• Solid experience with AI-powered products or capabilities, translating AI opportunities into meaningful customer value.
• Experience with technically complex SaaS products, working closely with Engineering and navigating technical constraints and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Turn customer needs, business goals, market opportunities, and product data into clear priorities that drive ARSOS’ evolution.
• Own Roadmap & Planning: Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and release cycles, balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and changing priorities.
• Lead End-to-End Product: Take product initiatives autonomously from discovery and problem validation through definition, delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Effective Delivery: Partner closely with Engineering to navigate technical trade-offs and real-time operational requirements, anticipate risks, and ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay Close to Customers & Business: Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to uncover problems and turn them into scalable product opportunities.
• Prioritize & Analyze: Use product data, customer insights, and B2B SaaS metrics to prioritize effectively, measure impact, and guide product decisions.
• Drive AI-Powered Innovation: Leverage AI to identify and develop product use cases that enhance ARSOS’ automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency, creating meaningful value for customers.
• Communicate & Align: Simplify complex topics, provide effective feedback, and create alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders.

The challenge:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the strategy and evolution of ARSOS, our B2B SaaS platform operating in real-time and mission-critical renewable energy environments.

This is an end-to-end Product role, combining Discovery and Delivery: from understanding customer problems and shaping product opportunities to prioritization, launch, and continuous improvement.

You will work autonomously and closely with Engineering and customers, using product data, business impact, and technical trade-offs to guide decisions.

AI is a key part of ARSOS' evolution. We are looking for someone with solid previous experience working with AI-powered products or capabilities, who can identify and develop AI use cases that create meaningful and measurable value for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

What You Need To Succeed

• Proven Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with strong end-to-end ownership across Discovery, roadmap, Delivery, launch, and measurement.
• Solid experience with AI-powered products or capabilities, translating AI opportunities into meaningful customer value.
• Experience with technically complex SaaS products, working closely with Engineering and navigating technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Strong customer and data-driven mindset, using customer insights and B2B SaaS product metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Experience with real-time and mission-critical software is highly desirable; SCADA, industrial software, IoT, or energy management platforms are a strong plus.
• Renewable energy experience is highly desirable.
• Spanish (native or fluent) and English (professional working proficiency).
