Job summary

Glovo, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and rebuild the homepage over the next 12 to 18 months, serving both repeat behavior and discovery in an everyday app.

You will define the homepage roadmap, ship experiments with Data Science, and collaborate with Design/UX and Engineering to balance growth with Ads and Monetization. Lead with vision and report to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must have shipping impact on a high-traffic consumer product at Senior PM level.
• Strong data fluency and experience with A/B testing.
• Clear product vision and a 6+ month roadmap view.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech and leadership.
• Nice to have: Experience in growth, login/signup or onboarding flows.
• Experience with delivery or e-commerce marketplaces, or with Ads and Monetization.
• Good knowledge of engineering and UX.

YOUR MISSION

Own the Glovo homepage, one of the most critical surfaces of the platform. Over the next 12 to 18 months, rebuild it so it serves both repeat behavior and discovery in an everyday app. Deliver measurable growth while you support the goals of other teams, including Ads.
