Novartis is seeking a Content Enablement & Taxonomy Solution Delivery Lead to join our Barcelona team, delivering innovative products for global business teams. You will shape robust use cases and drive value through end-to-end delivery across content lifecycles.

You will work with cross-functional teams, align with governance processes, and apply Agile/DevOps practices to ensure timely delivery, platform health, and continuous improvement, while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering enterprise content authoring products.
• Experience with Anthill Activator, Shamango configurations and Veeva Vault.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM configurations and global stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement and Taxonomy solutions.
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/DevOps delivery practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage risks, dependencies and release planning.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory and security requirements.
