Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal to lead AI-enabled COA product capabilities, shaping the roadmap and lifecycle across internal and client engagements. You will work with COA scientists, HEOR experts, and sponsors to translate high-level concepts into concrete product features and workflows.

The role requires balancing scientific rigor with user needs and commercial value while ensuring traceability, citations and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

Experience translating complex workflows into product requirements and user journeys.
Ability to balance scientific rigor with user needs and commercial value.
Strong written and verbal communication for executive materials and client explanations.
Experience with AI-enabled products or clinical technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle for AI-enabled COA selection.
Translate strategic concepts into practical product capabilities and user journeys.
Define target users, use cases, workflows, outputs and commercial value.
Prioritise capabilities across AI instrument analysis, evidence retrieval and citation.
Collaborate with scientists, HEOR experts, sponsors and clients to add value.
Define product requirements including geography, regulatory pathway and intended use.
Ensure outputs meet quality criteria and include traceability and sources.
