Zusammenfassung

IQVIA seeks a Product Leader for AI-enabled COA capabilities to own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle for COA selection and Accelerator features. You will translate strategic concepts into practical product capabilities, user journeys, and measurable milestones.

You will collaborate with COA scientists, HEOR experts, sponsors, and clients to design rigorous workflows, define inputs and outputs, and ensure high quality, source-backed recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in life sciences, health outcomes, clinical research, public health, biomedical sciences, data science, product management, technology, or related field.
• Experience in COA strategy consulting, HEOR consulting, clinical outcomes research, eCOA, clinical trial technology, regulatory strategy, patient experience research, or medical evidence generation.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into product requirements, user journeys, and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with scientific experts, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance scientific rigour, user needs, commercial value, and delivery constraints.
• Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Own backlog prioritisation, requirements, sprint planning input, acceptance criteria, release readiness, and documentation.
• Define product requirements for inputs like therapy area, indication, target product profile, mechanism of action, study phase, and geography.
• Define outputs including COAs, endpoint hierarchy, assessment schedule, and evidence gaps.
• Partner with AI engineers and COA experts to set quality criteria for AI outputs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across AI Eng, Data Eng, Software Eng, UX, Security, Legal, Compliance, and commercial teams.
• Create workflows for expert review, feedback capture, error analysis, and model improvement.
• Ensure outputs distinguish evidence-backed recommendations from expert inference.
